$2.3 million Woodcreek Farms sale sets square-foot mark for northeast Columbia

The four-bedroom home at 104 Old Camp Road in the Woodcreek Farms subdivision recently sold for $2.38 million, now owning the highest price per square foot ever recorded in the northeast Columbia market.
