3 new Goose Creek City Council members sworn in; Tekac selected Mayor Pro Tem

A new year has officially begun for Goose Creek City Council, as councilmembers Melissa Enos-Sims, Corey McClary and Gayla McSwain were sworn into office Tuesday, Jan. 13, at City Hall.
