Uptown Social slapped with wrongful death lawsuit in the hit-and-run death of ‘Outer Banks’ actor

The mother of a stand-in actor on Netflix’s popular TV show “Outer Banks” has filed a civil lawsuit alleging that downtown Charleston bar Uptown Social played a role in her son’s death.
