Changes to busy Folly Beach roadway loom as city adopts traffic safety plan

Folly Beach leaders recently adopted its Safety Action Plan, which lays out roughly a dozen suggestions for transportation improvements. The city will focus on one, for now: an overhaul of Arctic Avenue.
