Upstate SC senator enters governor’s race with endorsements from two lawmakers

Two state lawmakers — Sen. Matt Leber, R-Charleston, and Rep. David Martin, R-York — endorsed Spartanburg Republican SC Sen. Josh Kimbrell as he launched his bid for South Carolina governor.
