Investigation continues into back-to-back crashes in SC Lowcountry that killed 2, injured 26

A pile up on Interstate 95 in Colleton County began with a high-speed, multi-vehicle crash during a downpour. A second collision ensnared six-tractor trailers and another six vehicles.
