Caught on video: Driver rescued by bystanders after plunging vehicle into Isle of Palms waterway

A rideshare driver mistakenly drove a vehicle directly into an Isle of Palms waterway from a boat ramp. Two bystanders, and a security camera, saw the entire incident happen.
