Rock Hill teen faces involuntary manslaughter charges after 14-year-old is shot at apartment complex

Police said they responded to a call for help at an apartment complex in Rock Hill. They found one teenager dead from a gunshot wound. Another at the scene had pulled the trigger, investigators said.
