Dorchester District Two sees surge in student participation after free meal expansion

Dorchester District Two reported serving 20,000 more breakfasts and 30,000 more lunches in August 2025 compared to the same month in 2024, following the districtwide expansion of the federally funded Community Eligibility Provision free meal program.
