SC man abused 2-month-old child, put the infant at ‘risk of death,’ SLED says

A Latta has been charged with great bodily injury upon a child after a 2-month-old in his care sustained several injuries, including fractures and a subdural hematoma, according to the South Carolina Law Enforcement Division.
