Editorial: Don’t white out SC’s 6th District unless you fix the whole system

The SC Freedom Caucus chairman wants to redraw US Rep Jim Clyburn’s district so all 7 US House members from SC would be white Republicans, although 30% of voters are black and 40% are Democrats.
