Upstate SC measles outbreaks spikes with 14 new cases, four new schools involved

A South Carolina measles outbreak around Spartanburg County jumped by 14 new cases, and four schools saw nearly 140 in quarantine because of exposure. Most of those infected are kids and unvaccinated.
