2022 Charleston homicide case resolved with reduced charge

Tyreece Smith was charged with murder in 2022 Charleston homicide. On Dec. 10 Smith pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of obstruction. With credit for time served, he has less than 2 years of imprisonment.
