Suspect arrested after alleged assault, kidnapping at playground

Dorchester County sheriff’s deputies arrested a Summerville woman Saturday, Dec. 20, on charges including kidnapping, indecent exposure and simple assault following an incident at a neighborhood playground, authorities said.
