County receives grant to upgrade recycling sites

Williamsburg County is set to receive a $500,000 federal grant awarded through the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development with assistance from Congressman Jim Clyburn’s office for upgrades to the county’s recycling centers.
