Dorchester County Council reviews November finances, adopts workforce housing policy

The Dorchester County Council reviewed the county’s November financial position and took final action on zoning and housing-related ordinances during its regular meeting Monday, Jan. 5, at the Dorchester County Human Services Building in Summerville.
