Federal court dismisses Pine Island lawsuit. Is it the end of efforts to build a golf resort there?

Judge Gergel dismissed a federal lawsuit filed on behalf of the would-be developers of Pine Island. Gergel ruled that the federal case was moot after a similar lawsuit filed in state court was withdrawn.
