Charleston Housing Authority names finalists for CEO position amid major redevelopment plans

The Charleston Housing Authority’s board has nominated Nathan Simms Jr. to replace outgoing CEO Art Milligan. Simms was fired in November as the top executive at a housing authority in Norfolk, Va.
