Aiken’s Sarah Kinney crowned Ms. Wheelchair South Carolina

LIBERTY — Sarah Kinney, a longtime Aiken resident, has been crowned Ms. Wheelchair South Carolina 2026 following a statewide competition held at the Rosewood Center in Liberty.
