Charleston County endorses CARTA use of eminent domain to aquire Ladson Fairgrounds parking area

Charleston County Council has backed CARTA’s plan to purchase six acres of the Ladson fairgrounds for a bus passenger parking lot, despite opposition from the Exchange Club, which owns the land.
