Carolina Foothills Federal Credit Union location on John B. White Sr. Boulevard

The Carolina Foothills Federal Credit Union is planning to establish its headquarters in Spartanburg at 1450 John B. White Senior Boulevard, thanks in part to a tax break from Spartanburg County.
