Gov. Henry McMaster orders SC Legislature to come back and address redrawing congressional district lines

Governor Henry McMaster has formally called a special session to begin the process of redrawing Congressional district lines. Sen. Shane Massey, who opposes redistricting, said McMaster lacked “backbone.”
