Lululemon says talks with founder collapsed, says his perspectives are “outdated”

NEW YORK — Lululemon Athletica tried unsuccessfully to settle its bitter proxy fight with Chip Wilson last week and said the athletic apparel maker’s founder has “outdated perspectives,” according to a regulatory disclosure filed May 18.
