New law restricts nitrous oxide sales to minors

COLUMBIA — A new South Carolina law prohibits the sale of nitrous oxide and nitrous oxide products to anyone younger than 18 and gives the State Law Enforcement Division authority to inspect businesses and enforce the regulations.
