Scoppe: Our candidates won, but Tuesday still highlighted another problem in SC elections

Tuesday was a good day in South Carolina, except where it wasn’t. Fortunately, there are some easy fixes for the “where it wasn’t” problem, if lawmakers will focus on the public instead of themselves.
