A Hemingway man has been accused of starting three fires in Georgetown County on March 1, the same day blazes erupted near the Prince George neighborhood in Georgetown County and the Carolina Forest area of Horry County.
A man was charged with arson in Georgetown County. Officers found a rag and a bottle of kerosene.
