A new locals-only card hooks up Charleston residents with exclusive restaurant, shopping deals

Lowcountry Local First, a Charleston nonprofit that supports small businesses, is pre-selling its 2026 Localists Card that will offer holders major deals for supporting Charleston restaurants, shops and services.
