Affordable apartments on site of demolished North Charleston church get a $4.25M infusion

A Florida-based investor committed $4.25 million in a permanent loan, allowing construction to move forward on a 101-unit affordable housing apartment complex in North Charleston where a church sat for 60-plus years.
