AG’s office charges Moncks Corner couple with stealing more than $20K from vulnerable adult

The S.C. Attorney General’s office charged a Moncks Corner couple with stealing over $20,000 from a vulnerable adult over the course of two years. The couple was booked in Charleston County on May 29.
