Aiken American Legion members honor ‘Seabee’ Charlie Lambert

Charlie Lambert, a native of West Virginia, was honored at American Legion Post 26’s annual awards event, in acknowledgement of a track record that includes “consistently volunteering his time to make improvements to the post and within the community.”
