Aiken City Council approves sale of Hotel Aiken, but there is more to negotiate

Aiken City Council gave final approval Oct. 13 to selling Hotel Aiken and adjacent properties to Oliver Hospitality of Nashville, Tenn. for an appraised value of $2.5 million.
