Aiken County Council approves the sale of additional wastewater treatment capacity to City of Aiken

Following the second of two executive sessions Aug. 19, Aiken County Council unanimously approved a motion that will allow the City of Aiken to purchase up to 1.5 million gallons of wastewater treatment capacity.
