Aiken County Council gives first reading approval to ordinance that would restrict vape shop location

Aiken County Council began Oct. 21 its consideration of an ordinance that would restrict the location of smoke or vape shops. And the panel was favorable in its response, voting 9-0 to approve the first reading.
