Aiken County Council responds to state legislator’s letter calling for action in Horse Creek Valley

In a letter dated Oct. 13, S.C. Rep. Melissa Oremus, R-Graniteville, asked Aiken County Council to “adopt a Horse Creek Valley and Beech Island Revitalization Program.”
