‘All we want is the ability to go home.’ Charleston’s evacuation of Dockside townhomes upheld

Four townhome owners had appealed Charleston’s evacuation order of the Dockside townhomes saying their properties didn’t have the same structural concerns that engineers found in the condo tower.
