Arrestee escaped custody before booking at Berkeley County jail. Deputies seeking the public’s help.

Javon Perlote escaped custody shortly after midnight April 3 while a Summerville police officer was bringing him to the Berkeley County jail. Deputies are asking the public for help in locating him.
