Beaufort County man shot, killed during confrontation with police in downtown Savannah

According to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, a 27-year-old Beaufort County resident, was shot an killed by officers with the Savannah Police Department on Jan. 22. The man was observed downtown with a firearm, leading to the confrontation with police.
