Beaufort man killed in crash after fleeing North Charleston traffic stop in stolen car

A Beaufort man died after crashing a stolen vehicle in North Charleston. A civilian passenger in a responding officer’s patrol vehicle watched on as the policeman attempted to save the suspect’s life.
