Berkeley County deputies recover stolen firearm, arrest man after suspicious-vehicle call

Berkeley County deputies arrested Jamal Tre’von Fulton, 23, of Kingstree, after responding to a suspicious-vehicle call at a Spinx gas station in Moncks Corner and finding three firearms.
