Berkeley County man convicted of criminal sexual conduct with minor

A Berkeley County jury found James Edward Boley II guilty on Jan. 30 of three counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor and one count of third-degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor in the third degree.
