Books beyond bars: Wagener old-timers remember decades of Nancy Bonnette

Nancy Rish Bonnette, the namesake of Wagener’s library, managed the facility from 1970 to 2000, which included a stretch in which the library was housed in the renovated jail, located near the current Piggly Wiggly site.
