Career Center biomedical instructor Christie Palladino named teacher of the year

Christie Palladino, a physician who teaches biomedical science at the Aiken County Career and Technology Center, was named the Aiken County School District’s 2025-2026 Teacher of the Year at the Stars of Public Education Banquet on March 20.
