Cayce ready to pay more than $300k troll toll for hulking public art sculpture along riverwalk

The City of Cayce will partner with artist Thomas Dambo to bring one of his trademark wooden troll sculptures to the city’s riverwalk. It will be the first public display of Dambo’s art in South Carolina.
