Chapin, Camden closings top region’s recent luxury sales

The 3,042-square-foot home at 208 Ballentine Lane on the Chapin side of Lake Murray sold in late 2025 for $2.25 million. Plus, a historic home in Camden dating to around 1830 recently sold for $1.8 million.
