Charleston diners can’t get enough of a new restaurant’s rooftop where Southern Italian food stars

Allora is now open on Spring Street in Charleston. The new Italian restaurant brings a rooftop, walk-up gelato window and open kitchen to the Cannonborough Elliotborough neighborhood.
