Charleston police make arrest in the Ashley River bridge fatal hit-and-run

Charleston police charged 77-year-old Lawrence Michael Daley in the Jan. 6 fatal hit-and-run crash on the Ashley River bridge that killed a 36-year-old man riding on electric bike.
