City Council seat open for the first time this century draws 2 Rock Hill business owners

Two Rock Hill business owners are taking aim at the only vacant seat on City Council this November. Nate Mallard and Sarah Emerson Vining are both Rock Hill natives, entrepreneurs and community organizers, but this election season they are competitors.
