Clemson receiver sues NCAA seeking a 5th year — and the judge says his case has merit

Clemson receiver Tristan Smith brought a lawsuit against the NCAA on Wednesday. His attempt for a temporary restraining order was denied but the judge in the case says his case is “compelling.”
