Commentary: A new law could lead to a ban on TikTok. It’s needed.

On Dec. 6, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit upheld a law — by a vote of 3-0 — that could lead to a ban on TikTok as soon as Jan. 19.
