County awarded $1M grant for waterline improvements in Stratton Capers

Dorchester County has secured a $1 million Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) from the South Carolina Department of Commerce to implement the second phase of waterline upgrades in the Stratton Capers 2 neighborhood.
